A group chat never had a roster
It has opinions. Someone says "I'm probably in", someone else replies six hours later, and the person who organized it ends up counting heads in their head. Nobody can answer "are we four?" without scrolling.
An invitation resolves. Each person accepts or declines, the count moves, and everyone opens the same page to the same answer — including the people who never signed up, who can respond straight from their email.
The reminder sends itself
Everyone playing gets a note the day before with the course, the time, who's in, and the forecast for your actual tee time — not for the whole day. You don't write it, and you don't remember to send it.
It goes to the people who never made an account too. Being on the roster is enough.
